Fix deployed to all affected edge nodes. Packet loss has dropped to under 0.1%. We are monitoring traffic patterns closely over the next 30 minutes.
Root cause identified: a misconfigured routing rule was pushed to US-East PoPs at 14:22 UTC. Engineering is rolling back the change now.
We are investigating reports of elevated latency and packet loss from users in the US-East region. Approximately 18% of edge requests are affected. Other regions are unaffected.
